In this video I prepare 3 meals and a snack that is only 1,500 calories, recipes below!
Disclaimer: Everyone calorie intake may differ, however my diet is based on a 1,500 calorie daily diet. A normal calorie intake for women is based on 2000-2400 and males 2,500-300 daily diet. feel free to add extra calories as needed.
Also, I used processed cheese which is not the healthy option, feel free to adjust it if needed.

High protein smoothie recipe:
140g frozen fruits
100g plain yogurt
100ml unsweetened almond milk
2 slices of bread
1 slice cheese
Spicy shrimp recipe:
1 whole lemon
2tbsp tablespoons hot sauce
lemon n herbs seasoning
Spicy rice recipe:
1tbsp minced garlic
1tbsp olive oil
