Fatema Agarkar, Founder of the Agarkar Centre of Excellence (ACE). Fatema’s passion for teaching-learning and children defines the different roles she has crafted – as an Edupreneur, educator and mentor.

Amidst the Coronavirus lockdown, she comes Live at Entab CampusCare EdTalks to speak about human potential. She explores the topic we are not super heroes. From use of tech in education to homely chores, from mental health to fun activities, she discusses on a range of issues with fellow parents.

She gives excellent tips to fellow parents on how to cope up with this lockdown and make most of this time.
Physical exercise, meditation, doing homely chores, watch movies with family, reading can be excellent way to de-stress yourself.

She goes on talk about education, which in a way is suffering the most. As most of the schools have not adopted and trained their students and staffs in operating ed-technology, the teaching process has taken the back seat.

She appreciates Company like Entab, which has been working in Ed-Tech since 20 years now. With this Covid19 lockdown, EdTech may become the conventional way of teaching in times to come. Hence she emphasises on the importance of adopting technology in education full-fledgedly.

She moves on to a crucial issue that everyone needs to work upon, that is mental health, due to this stay home guidelines and quarantine period, people are feeling sick, stressed. A sense of anxious is creeping into minds of many of us. she suggests how to deal with anxiety, stress, depression and whom to approach in case of nervous breakdown or depression?

She advise everyone to pick up a skill, new skills for professional, life-skills for students. She suggests a few idea which skills can one try during quarantine period. She talks about ways to be engaged with family.

She also hopes that mental health programs get added to school curriculum and how mental health guidelines can help school students.

She suggests all to stay calm and patience as this lockdown is serious as is the coronavirus.
She understands and explains the basic theme that we are not super heroes and everybody needs to support each other, everyone of us have weaknesses. so, lock down is a wonderful time to build connection with every family members.
