Seashells in coconut milk

Sihi (aka Nerite snails) and Lumban (aka Turban shells) is a variety of seashells that we usually see on the seashore here in masirah island. They are usually cooked with coconut milk and eaten in the philippines. They are low in calories and rich in proteins and omega 3 fatty acid. In masirah island, the locals do not eat this kind of seashells, which is why there size is much bigger and are abundantly seen near the seashore. Toby Jed Rivera video.
