Ingredients for 4 servings:-
β€’ 1 kg Chicken
β€’ 200 gms curd
β€’ 1 teaspoon ginger garlic & green chilli paste
β€’ Salt as per taste
β€’ 1 teaspoon Degi mirch powder
β€’ 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
β€’ 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
β€’ 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
β€’ 1 teaspoon coriander powder
β€’ 1 teaspoon garam masala
β€’ 1 teaspoon chicken masala
β€’ 2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
β€’ Β½ teaspoon soya sauce
β€’ 1 cup tomato puree
β€’ 4 sliced onions ( Deep fried)
β€’ 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
β€’ Β½ cup oil
β€’ Curry leaves chopped
β€’ Coriander leaves chopped
β€’ 1 cup water

Method:-
1) Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients.
2) Allow it to rest for 1 hour
3) Add the marinated chicken in a wok and turn on the heat. Stir it well
4) Cover and allow it to simmer on a high flame first for 5 minutes.
5) Now open the lid and stir the chicken. Add 1 cup water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
6) Now cover it and cook on low heat until done for about 30 minutes.
7) After 30 minutes give a nice stir and check the chicken pieces whether cooked properly or not.
8) Finally turn off the flame and Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings. Serve it hot with rumali roti.
