I used to suffer from a restless mind when trying to go to sleep, thoughts of today, tomorrow, what I need to do etc, etc.
I am happy to share this is a very simple technique that I have learned and to be honest I have never reached the end. When doing this simplified meditation I reach a point where I know that I am ready to sleep, I roll over into to my sleeping position and I am out like a light wow!

I have found that there are other benefits than just being able to fall asleep fast, I now wake up earlier, full of energy wanting to bounce out of bed and start my day, it is totally amazing.
