"I don’t have time, I just don't!"

We all have 24 hours in a day 7 days a week- now, whatever is most crucially important to you is what you will execute first! There's a word for that, and it's called priorities.

So, the excuse of, "I don't have time to diet and exercise", is really you saying, "I don’t care about it enough to prioritize it above everything else" You don't care enough to make a change. You're not interested enough to put in the effort.

SELF- REFLECT:
If you sit and observe the events that took place yesterday.
What ever you spent most of your time doing yesterday, or crossed off your to-do list (if you have one anyway) is what matters most to you and toxicty is no exception. Whether you realize this or not: People place toxic relationships, toxic behaviors, toxic eating habits in a flower pot and they water it with every chance they get. It's no wonder they don't have time for anything else. So when that individual says, "I don't have time to exercise”, they're right! Before they even open their eyes in the morning, they're running to the flower pot of dead dreams! And as time is ticking and ticking: 25 years old, 29 years old, 30, 35 years old, 40- and with a head full of grays, 3 kids later, still in the same place mentally, emotionally, spiritually. What's their excuse: They never had time.

Do you have a flower pot you find yourself consistently watering and giving time and attention to every day that is stealing your every opportunity to take the necessary steps to get to your goal? Cause it's true that people don't have time for certain things.

Like me: I don't have time to hang out regularly with friends. Im busy watering my spiritual growth, I'm watering my business and fitness goals. However, in the past I had my very own toxic flower pot I carried around with me for decades- I gave it 20 plus years worth of my precious time to the JUNK that was found in there.

SOLUTION:
I think the solution to better manage your time and to prioritize your health is to realize there's SOMETHING ELSE that you're watering and giving most of your attention to.
And if that thing is not helping you in any way, stop watering it. Watch it dry and decay, but never water it again. NOW you will have time to get your life back in order and be successful.
