How to cook Calamari Kanto Style!
As an OFW working in Oman, there are times that I miss eating calamari that is being cooked in the streets of Metro Manila. So, I tried cooking this fresh cuttlefish I caught near the beach of Masirah Island Oman to satisfy my cravings. In this recipe I did not use any egg that is why my calamari coating was not burnt and had the right crisp. Meanwhile, the meat of the my calamari was still tender in the inside.
