In this video I have shown How to cook chicken fried Rice which has all necessary Nutrients include protein, carbohydrate, fat, water, vitamins & minerals (Chicken, eggs, vegetables, rice, herbs, spices, oil). This is on of the most nutritious chicken fried rice.
To prepare this dish all ingredients you need is,
Cooked rice - 2 chefs spoon
Chicken - 100gm
Eggs - 2eggs
Garlic - 20gm
Ginger - 20gm
Onion - 50gm
Mix vegetables - 50gm
Spring Onion - 50gm
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/3 tbsp
Paprika - 1/3 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
Cumin - 1/3tbsp

& to make it you need to follow simple methods, first start with preparing all the vegetables, cut chicken, then heat a pan, put 1spoon oil then add chicken cool it for 5 minutes, then add vegetables cook for 2 minutes then check the chickens if it is cooked or not, if not then cook for another 3 minutes then add eggs, cook it for 2 minutes then add all the spices, it gives good fragrances taste the salt, then add rice stir it gently make sure it is well mixed with chicken, eggs & vegetables then add spring onion cook it for 2 minutes all total it will take 10 minutes to make.
It's now ready to serve.
