How to cook Calamari Kanto Style!
As an OFW working in Oman, there are times that I miss eating calamari that are being cooked in the streets of Metro Manila. So, I tried cooking this fresh cuttlefish I caught near the beach of Masirah Island Oman to satisfy my cravings. In this recipe I did not use any egg that is why my calamari coating was not burnt and had the right crisp. Meanwhile, the meat of the my calamari was tender inside.
