Guru Granth Sahib, Holy Book, writes:
"Worry only about something that has never happened. In this world O Nanak (Guru Nanak Dev Ji - Founder of Sikh Religion) there is nothing forever".

WORRY: 1) Affects the Heart โค๏ธ 2) DIVIDES the MIND ๐Ÿง 3) BANKRUPTS the SPIRIT ๐ŸŒ 
Worry is the funeral pyre ๐Ÿ”ฅthat eats us hollow.
"Curiosity Killed the Cat".
Worry disturbs the Peace of Mind โ˜ฎ๏ธ and our Emotional Stability โš–๏ธ
Worry is misuse of imagination. It doesn't solve anything.
Worry doesn't take us anywhere - just like a "Rocking Chair". Worry succeeds in Rocking our Mind, Peace, Sanity and Stability.
Worry results in chaos, negativity, curdling and associated undesirables. Worry steals our Peace and Joy. Worry is the biggest cause of UNHAPPINESS. Worry destroys our HAPPINESS. So, don't worry.
(2) DON'T HATE: Don't Hate and Live Happily Ever After. Happy people don't hate. Hating people is like burning down your house to get rid of a rat. Hatred is a cold fire: it has no warmth, is self-damaging, a tension generator. Hate cages all good things about you. Every good thing about you gets eclipsed. Happy people don't hate. Hatred is self-punishment, self-torture, a negativity and disturbs one's peace of mind. Hating other human beings means loving ourselves less, less, less. Hate brings me to my knees and love brings me to my feet (Andre Agassi) Heal the world. Stop the hate. (Michael Jackson). The price of hating others is loving oneself less. Hatred paralyses life and love releases it. Don't hate people and love yourself more, more, more. Don't hate. Love more. Live Longer & Happier.
