Today’s recipe - Hariyali Chicken
Hariyali chicken tikka is a mouthwatering appetiser recipe and is quite poplar in Northern India and best enjoyed with some exotic dips. This non-vegetarian recipe is prepared with juicy chicken breasts marinated in a blended mixture of mint leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves along with a mélange of flavoursome spices. This recipe is easy to make at home and this appetiser would be loved by everyone in your house.

Ingredients:
1. Chicken Quarters 4 pieces
Step 1
2. Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
3. Chopped Mint leaves ½ cup
4. Chopped Green chili 3 or to taste
5. Ginger paste 1 Tbs
6. Garlic paste 1 tsp
7. Lemon juice 3 Tbs
8. blend well
9. green pate is ready!
Step 2
10. In a large bowl-
11. Yogurt ½ cup
12. Whisk well
13. Add green paste
14. Add all dry spices
1. Garam masala ½ tbs
2. Salt 1 tbs or to taste
3. Cumin powder ½ tbs
4. Ground black paper ½ tbs
5. Coriander powder 1tsp
6. Red chili powder(kashmiri)1 tsp
7. Mix well
8. Chicken Quarters 4 pieces
9. Dip cuts in both sides
10. Place the chickens
11. Rub with the mixture well
12. Cover
13. Refrigerate minimum 1 hour
14. After 1 hour
15. in hot grill pan add oil 3 tbs
16. place chicken pieces 1 2 3 4 
17. in high heat cook for 2 mins
18. flip
19. cover 5 mins or until cook well
20. heat medium
21. flip
22. brush oil
23. apply remaining paste
24. and cook for last 4-5 mins
25. or until both sides cook well
26. hariyali Chicken is ready to serve!
