A good habit is good behaviour that is beneficial to one's physical or mental health, often linked to a high level of discipline and self-control. For example, sleep early in the night, wake up early in the morning, eat healthy food, etc.
Having good habits and good manners is like having a very important life skill. Just like clay, a child's habit can be molded easily when he/she is young. With each passing day, they get exposed to various physical and mental tasks. It is easy for them to pick up habits (be it good or bad).
We tried to showcase some really good habits, kids must have in day-to-day life in this video. These good habits also called healthy habits which are necessary for the physical and mental growth of a child.
