The Rebel Wilson weight loss transformation has had the world of weight loss on the edge of their seats for some time now.
Many have wondered what her eating- and exercise regimen is, which made her lose more than 40lbs since she started her weight loss journey. And judging from her Instagram posts she's not slowing down.

Rebel Wilson set a goal for herself to get to a target weight of 75kg, (which is about 165lbs), and referred to 2020 as her "year of health". Having lost over 20kg she's still going strong.
