1. Bhindi/Okra cut lengthwise 200 gm
2. Onion cut lengthwise and thickly sliced ½ cup
3. Capsicum cut lengthwise and thickly sliced ½ cup
4. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
5. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
6. Slit green chillies 1
7. Salt & pepper to taste
8. Chopped spring onions 2 tbsp
9. Corn starch ¼ cup
Sauce – 2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tsp vinegar + 2 tbsp red chilli sauce +2 tsp soy sauce + salt +pepper + ½ tsp sugar + 1 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water
