Chilli Bhindi or Okra is a new, interesting, quick and tasty way to cook bhindi. Deep fried Bhindi till crisp and then sautΓ©ed in a hot and spicy, sweet and sour sauce. It can be served as an appetizer or with Indian breads like roti and parathas. This Mouth Watering Dish Is A Delight For Vegetarians & All The Bhindi(Okra) Lovers Out There !!

Ingredients –
1. Bhindi/Okra cut lengthwise 200 gm
2. Onion cut lengthwise and thickly sliced Β½ cup
3. Capsicum cut lengthwise and thickly sliced Β½ cup
4. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
5. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
6. Slit green chillies 1
7. Salt & pepper to taste
8. Chopped spring onions 2 tbsp
9. Corn starch ΒΌ cup

Sauce – 2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tsp vinegar + 2 tbsp red chilli sauce +2 tsp soy sauce + salt +pepper + Β½ tsp sugar + 1 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water
